We had a really great time in this hip new hotel in Ames. The venue was clean with amiable and pleasant staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and overall the room was brand-new & spacious. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Des Moines.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and made my stay wonderful. The entire property was clean, sanitized, and made me feel very safe and comfortable. The front desk employee went above and beyond to help me when my car battery died. The room layout was like an apartment and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the workout room had all the equipment in working order.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff and management personnel were excellent, exceptional, and made our trip and stay wonderful. The small banquet room we rented for our graduation celebration dinner was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The entire hotel property was clean, sanitized, and we felt very safe and comfortable. The front desk employee during our stay went above and beyond and even helped us with our car battery. The breakfast was wonderful and the room decor was beautiful. The workout room was very nice and all the equipment worked.

The front desk staff at Towneplace Suites went above and beyond to help me when my car battery died. They lent me their own car and cables to jump-start my vehicle in the cold rain. They greeted me every day and made me feel at home, providing exceptional service. The entire staff and management were excellent, making my stay wonderful. The banquet room for my graduation celebration was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Throughout the hotel, I felt safe and comfortable, with cleanliness being a top priority. I definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The pool was cold, which was not ideal during the winter. Additionally, the room could have been more spacious considering the price.
