The location was favourable and magnificent for us!

We had a really great time in this hip new hotel in Ames. The venue was clean with amiable and pleasant staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and overall the room was brand-new & spacious. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Des Moines.

The staff was cute, particularly a clerk named Z who checked me in with efficiency and a smile. The room was spotlessly clean and had a convenient kitchen area.

The kitchenette in my room was a game changer for meal prep! The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, including make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The staff were pretty good too accommodate my requests, creating a cute atmosphere.

The staff was really good and made our graduation celebration nice. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Every part of the hotel felt safe and sanitized. I'd definitely come back 😊

The check-in process felt smooth with a cheerful clerk who ensured everything was ready. I enjoyed a spacious King Studio that came with well-maintained kitchen amenities, made meal prep easy. The bed offered great comfort, awesome for restful sleep. Despite the positive aspects, the air conditioner leaked slightly, causing a minor inconvenience near the end of my stay. The coffee selection at breakfast could have been better. I found it lacking. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff left a good impression, though some minor improvements could enhance the experience further.

The staff displayed amazing friendliness, accommodating our family's needs well when faced with a last-minute room change. The two suites we were given provided ample space for comfort, and the kitchen facilities were a great advantage, awesome for easy meal prep. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel contributed to a feeling of safety. The location was also optimal for access to local attractions.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Flaws

The staff provided excellent service, and the free breakfast featured tasty options. Although the bed was a bit firm for me and the AC leaked slightly, the overall cleanliness and modern feel made it enjoyable. I'd recommend planning meals in the room's kitchen.

WiFi was unavailable upon check-in, leaving guests disconnected from the get-go. A power outage struck , rendering the room hot and stifling without A/C or light for over three hours, particularly with sleeping children.

The cute atmosphere, the spacious banquet facilities, the quality of teamwork among the staff was really good.

I had a lovely stay but wished for better coffee options. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and had all the kitchen essentials. I'd definitely return!
